At Cowboy Ski Club, we understand the excitement of getting your hands on some fresh gear, and we're here to make sure the journey from our printers to your doorstep is as smooth as a downhill run in fresh powder. As a print-on-demand company, we take pride in crafting each item with care once it's ordered, ensuring that you receive a unique piece tailored just for you.
Order Processing: Once you've placed an order, our printers and packers saddle up and get to work. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing. Keep in mind that this doesn't include weekends, holidays, or the occasional snow day.
Shipping Times: Our shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Here's a rough estimate for the average shipping times:
- Domestic Orders (within USA): Expect your package to arrive within 5-10 business days after it leaves our corral.
- International Orders: For our friends beyond USA, shipping times may vary but generally fall within 7-21 business days. Keep in mind that customs might decide to hold onto your package for a spell, so be patient – it's worth the wait!
Shipping Costs: We aim to keep shipping costs as friendly as a campfire conversation. The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can see the exact cost at checkout before you hit the 'Place Order' button.
